We are excited to invite you to participate in the 18th Annual Scottsdale Interventional Forum being held live and in-person at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort at Gainey Ranch on March 16-19, 2022. SIF 2022 will create a safe and educational meeting environment so we can rejoin our colleagues in-person once again.

ATTENDING SIF IN-PERSON
SIF 2022’s in-person attendance will be held in accordance with all guidelines outlined by the CDC and Arizona Department of Health.
Please Note: Either proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 antigen or molecular test (taken within 48-hours of event) is required to attend the event. Please be prepared to show your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test on-site.
Registration Will Include
- Full In-person attendance at the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Sessions, including Friday’s Nurse/Tech Symposium, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches and Cases Over Coffee & Cases Over Cocktails Sessions
- Post-event digital access to all SIF sessions, panel discussions, live cases, and more for 6 months following the course
Safety Protocols
The SIF organizing committee takes the health and safety of our faculty, industry partners and attendees very seriously. We will take every measure to ensure that all guidelines outlined by the CDC and Arizona Department of Health are followed to provide a safe and structured environment, including the usage of sanitization stations, complimentary masks and hand sanitizers, thorough cleaning of conference rooms and common spaces, and more.
CANCELLATIONS
A full refund will be given provided that written notification of your intent to cancel is received at least three weeks prior to the opening date of the symposium. A processing fee of $75.00 will be charged for all cancellations received after this date. The cost of the meal functions will also be deducted from the refund unless cancellation is received 48 hours in advance of the program. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows.
